These Terms of Use ('Terms') form a legally binding agreement between REBRIDGE ECOMMERCE PRIVATE LIMITED ('Company', 'Rebridge', 'we', 'our', or 'us') and YOU ('user', 'customer', or 'you') regarding your use of our mobile application, website, and related services ('Platform').
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Rebridge.
1. Eligibility
(1) You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform.
(2) If you are under 18, you may use Rebridge only under the supervision of a parent/ guardian, who will be deemed responsible for your activities.
2. Our Services
(1) Rebridge is a platform that connects customers with independent vendors/merchants (“Vendors”) for the purchase and delivery of items, including but not limited to groceries, medicines, household essentials, and other general items.
(2) We act only as a facilitator between customers, delivery partners, and vendors. We do not manufacture, own, or control the products sold on the Platform.
(3) While Vendors are primarily responsible for determining their product listings and availability, Rebridge reserves the right to set platform-wide standards relating to product information accuracy, quality control, packaging, branding, and promotional guidelines to ensure a consistent customer experience. Vendors agree to comply with such operational policies issued by Rebridge from time to time.
3. User Accounts
(1) To use certain features, you may be required to register an account.
(2) You agree to provide accurate and updated information.
(3) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
(4) You are liable for all activities under your account.
4. Orders and Payments
(1) Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only when the Vendor confirms the order.
(2) Payments can be made via available online methods (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking) or cash on delivery (if available).
(3) In case of payment failure, the order may be canceled.
(4) Rebridge may charge a service fee, delivery fee, or commission which will be displayed before checkout.
5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Replacements
(1) All matters relating to cancellations, refunds, and replacements will be notified by Redbridge through its website, email, and policies published on the Platform from time to time.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
(1) Misuse the Platform or use it for unlawful purposes.
(2) Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt Rebridge.
(3) Misrepresent your identity or engage in fraudulent activities.
(4) Harass or harm Vendors, Delivery Partners, or other users.
7. Vendor & Delivery Partner Terms
(1) Vendors are solely responsible for product quality, compliance with applicable laws (including FSSAI, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Legal Metrology, GST, etc.), and pricing.
(2) Delivery Partners are independent contractors, not employees of Rebridge. They are responsible for completing deliveries safely and lawfully.
8. Intellectual Property
(1) All rights in the Platform, including logos, trademarks, designs, text, and software, belong to Rebridge.
(2) Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal purposes.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
10. Limitation of Liability
(1) Rebridge provides the Platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
(2) We do not guarantee uninterrupted services, error-free orders, or availability of products.
(3) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebridge shall not be liable for:
a) product defects, contamination, or expiry;
b) delivery delays or failures caused by third parties;
c) indirect or consequential losses.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in unlawful activities.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with the 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of changes.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
(2) Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at CHANDIGARH.
(3) Disputes may first be attempted to be resolved amicably through customer support.
